DEAR Editor;
I recently accompanied my daughter to open an account at Capitec, Shelly Beach.
I was so impressed by the bank’s observance of the Covid-19 rules.
On arrival, we were politely asked to wait outside at a distance and, when entering after about 15 minutes, we duly had temperatures taken and hands sanitised.
We were then taken to a seat until an advisor was available.
Each time the seats and desks were sanitised extensively and every staff member we encountered was extremely and helpful. Well done.
My other praise has to go to Doug’s Hardware.
What a friendly bunch of people – always ready to be of assistance and show you around and explain and make suggestions for any queries you may have. Another well done.
