DEAR Editor;
It was trepidation that I set out, very early one morning last week, to renew my driver’s license, which expires next month.
It was a long wait before the centre opened, but from the time the gates were opened, things went smoothly.
The staff were polite and efficient. They were there to guide people through the process and help to speed things up.
Kudos to Senior Examiner, Mervin Moodley, he was hands on and helpful.
It was a pleasant surprise, to have good service from this particular department. Please keep up the good work.
It was a good experience for me, I was expecting really bad service because one only hears horror stories about this department.
