DEAR Editor;
As we are fast approaching the adjustment budget, the following areas of concern needs to be prioritized in Umzinto.
Please can the following items be considered in the 2020/2021 adjustment budget:
1. Entrance to Umzinto (Park Rynie Road).
2. Pothole repairs throughout Umzinto.
3. Maintenance of stormwater drainage and infrastructure in Umzinto.
4. Streetlight repairs and maintenance.
5. Continuous cutting, clearing and maintenance of verges.
Residents of Umzinto have reached a stage of frustration in regards to the poor services that they are currently receiving.
The consideration of the committee will be greatly appreciated.
