OPINION: ‘I’d recommend this hospital’ says patient’

I would like to make special mention of Nurse Angel in Surgical Ward 3; nothing was too much for her and she was always smiling.

DEAR Editor;

Many patients complain about services given at hospitals. I have many compliments to give to Shelly Beach Hospital. From the time I arrived for my major back operation, I experienced the kindness from those staff on the floor, the care to admission office and the care after admission.

Compliments and thanks to Dr MG du Preez, Dr van Wyk, Drs Basson and Louw and to all those involved in the operation.

I would like to make special mention of Nurse Angel in Surgical Ward 3; nothing was too much for her and she was always smiling.

The care, professionalism, cleanliness and dedication was admirable. I have no hesitation in recommending Shelly Beach Hospital.
