OPINION: ‘Max Mbili stood up tall and made things happen’

Everything from the lighting to the floors have been repaired, replaced or upgraded.

DEAR Editor;

I would like to sincerely thank Ray Nkonyeni Municipality and the municipal manager, Max Mbili, for once again showing what can happen when the municipality and the community work together for the common good.

Alfred Evans Community Hall in Sea Park is going from being extremely run down and a haven for squatters, to a facility that our community can once again be proud of.

A team of dedicated contractors was brought in, and they are doing an outstanding job of renovating the hall to the highest standards.

Everything from the lighting to the floors have been repaired, replaced or upgraded.

Mr Mbili stood up tall and made things happen, and for this I am deeply grateful.

We look forward to the day when we can once again utilise the hall for the benefit of our community in Ward 16.

Thank you, RNM.
