Psalm 62:5-8
5 “Yes my soul, find rest in God, my hope comes from him.
6 Truly he is my rock and my salvation, he is my fortress and I will not be shaken.
7 My salvation and my honour depend on God for he is my mighty rock, my refuge.
8 Trust in him at all times, you people.
Pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.”
In these verses, we are told that instead of worrying, find rest in God.
Instead of being anxious, rather abide in God as one is always secure under his guidance.
It is said numerous times over in scripture, that one should not fret or fear but instead cast their troubles upon the Lord as he is always there.
