Through the medium of your newspaper I would like to commend the excellent service by RiskSure Insurance Brokers in Shelly Beach.
I was involved in a vehicle accident going via Bizana to Margate to avoid the N2 protests last week.
In a time when big corporates seem to be blaming their delayed response, or slow turn around time, it’s great to have an efficient and dedicated team who goes all out for their customer.
Being a Friday, a special mention to Gaylene Venter who processed my claim and got my car hire arranged, going the extra mile until I was sorted as I had to be back in Kokstad the same day with my two young boys.
It’s times like this it pays to have the ‘middle man’. All arranged and effortless.
