The Crisis Centre at GJ Crookes Hospital, which does such good work helping those who are victims of sexual abuse, has some needs which can be met by a generous community, so this serves as a call to help with donations of various items.
These include bags with drawstrings, teddy bears, sanitary towels, panties, toothpaste, soap, facecloths, wool, crochet cotton, crisps, Two Minute Noodles, Cup a soup, plastic mugs and snacks.
There is a collection point at Seeff Pennington.
The shop Live Laugh Love will donate a ball of wool for anyone wanting to make a teddy or facecloth.

Remember, this is a community project. Everyone is invited to take part and a small donation can make a big difference in someone’s life.
* The #growformore seasonal vegetable boxes are on the move and getting delivered every Friday to customers, either at home or at work, within a 20km radius of Pennington, Scottburgh and Umkomaas.
These vegetables are produced locally from families with disabilities in Amahlonga.
