From the word: The answer to anxiety

In times such as these, it is best to seek the peace of God.

Philippians 4:6-7

“6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.

7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Few of us are strangers to anxiety, and following the recent unrest, most of us might be finding it difficult to cope.

In times such as these, it is best to seek the peace of God.

This can be done by praying about our concerns, but doing so with thankfulness.
