Joy, hope, peace and love have always been key traits in the Christian way of life.
This verse, written by Paul can be considered a prayer over its reader.
In order to be filled with the joy and peace of God, one needs to play their part as a Christian as well.
By trusting in Him and putting your fears aside, feelings of peace, joy and hope become readily available.
It is up to us to change our mindset, even in times that may have us feeling down in the dumps.
