OPINION: ‘Neglected road needs urgent attention’

DEAR Editor;

Is this really what we pay rates for? For two years, I have been dealing with this excuse of a road to go to and from home on Guy Close in Park Rynie.

The bottom of this road has always had potholes, but in the past two years, it is evident that the condition has gone from bad to worse and nothing is ever really done to prevent this from recurring.

I always see photos of roads nearby getting re-tarred or rebuilt or potholes filled, but why is this small road neglected and left to deteriorate?

Hopefully publicising this will get the right person’s attention and something is done soon.
