OPINION: BEE is a collapsing house of cards

I heard recently that, when questioned, our president Cyril Ramaphosa said that BEE must be continued.

To me, it is painfully obvious that it is a collapsing house of cards, until all of our fellow South Africans have reaped the benefit.

How does one gauge if the full benefit is being felt across all of South Africa?

How does one measure something that is intangible?

How can benefits be felt across South Africa when the very programme that is being enforced is breaking down what was there before and rendering positive future development and prosperity merely a dream?
