I live at 216 Jocelyn Street, Shelly Beach and in March 2022 the main water pipe burst outside and was closed off for 11 hours, later causing major damage to my property. The soil erosion was so bad that my dog fell into the trench and broke his neck and died.
I waited for Ugu to come and repair after receiving reference numbers. After many visits and now, 11 months later, I still have had no response.
I have reported it to my DA councillor and he also got no response. So, my question is how long should I wait before I get response?
