My fellow South Africans, what a wonderfully humanitarian gesture, by the government of China, to donate some 560 generating units to be deployed at our South African hospitals and clinics.
Mmm! I can see lots of our local government and provincial officials hurriedly learning Cantonese privately, so as to be able to read the operating manuals of these generators.
Hopefully, there will be adequate and in-depth monitoring of the installation activities of these units, so that they end up at the facilities for which they were being earmarked and not at a dwelling of some official.
