OPINION: “Old taxis re-emerge, looking unroadworthy”
There needs to be a huge increase in policing of these vehicles.

I have noticed a lot of old taxis resurfacing and looking as unroadworthy as when they were removed from the roads in 2010.
Many of these are carrying schoolchildren. How did these taxis get back on the road? Why is nobody policing this?
Will we wait until another accident occurs where many school children die before we do something?
