It's a popular tournament and attracts a large entry.
The Ugu Tennis Association Cuatro Closed will be played during the month of March.
Matches will be played over three Sundays and two further weekends for semi-finals and finals respectively.
Dates are March 1, 8 and 15 at Southbroom and Tweni, March 21-22 at Southbroom and March 28-29 at Tweni.
Entry fees are R100 for singles, R50 for doubles, R50 for mixed.
Entries close on Tuesday, February 24.
Matches are scheduled for Sundays at either Umtentweni or Southbroom tennis club.
Singles and doubles matches will be the best of three tiebreaker sets. The normal 7-point set tiebreaker will be in effect.
Mixed doubles matches will be two tiebreaker sets and a 10-point tiebreaker as the third set.
There will only be a backdraw for mixed doubles.
Tournament committee comprises seven members: Sharon van der Schyff (tournament referee/Douglas Mitchell official), Deanne Purtell (tournament director), Brendan Els (Southbroom), Cheryse Wikstrom (Southbroom), Natasha Cotterell (Tweni), Liesl Smith (Tweni) and Ken Coleman (Uvongo).
