Pool associations merge
The merger is to aid and develop a solid foundation for the future of pool in the region.
THE Hibiscus Coast 8 Ball Pool Association and the Southern KwaZulu-Natal Super League have teamed up to form one association. The merger between the two associations took place at the annual general meeting held at Actions Sports Bar in Marburg last Wednesday. An executive committee was elected at the meeting. The merger was done to develop and build a solid foundation for the future and furtherance of pool in the region.
Hibiscus Coast 8 Ball Pool Association is appealing to all parents of young children who love to play pool to enrol them in its Junior Pool Academy. “Children are the future for sports in our country and now is the time to train them and support their interests in the sports they enjoy,” said Keegan Reddy.
“Our development officers will gladly assist and advise all children who are keen to learn and become competitive for national junior championships. Parents must accompany their children to our junior academy to show interest and support. Our qualified trainers will ensure that the children will benefit from the best training skills,” said Mr Reddy.
