Bates exceeds expectations – again
The coveted award has returned to the South Coast for the fifth time.
NOEL Allchin, dealer principal of Bates Isuzu Trucks Port Shepstone, was the proud recipient of the Isuzu Trucks Dealer of the Year award 2015.
Daya Reddy received the Isuzu Truck National Sales Manager award, first position.
The ITSA National Convention was held at the Boardwalk Hotel in Port Elizabeth.
Presenting these prestigious awards at this sophisticated event were Hiroshi Nishizaka, CEO and marketing director of ITSA and Craig Uren, COO and director of ITSA.
“I am proud to have received this award for five consecutive years, since its inception in 2011,” said Noel.
“Sincere thanks go out to my staff and customers as this would not have been possible without their continuous loyalty and support.”
Noel also mentioned that Bates will soon be moving to new premises at the Shelly Beach Business Park (watch this space!) and will endeavour to provide unsurpassed service to all its customers.
He believes that excellent service and exceeding customer expectations are the key to a successful business.
