Tennis at Tweni, despite the weather
Visitors are very welcome to join members for social tennis on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons from about 2pm onwards.
WITH the weather so dicey, only a few bravehearts ventured to the club last Saturday so there were just two courts in action at Tweni for the afternoon.
Raj Naganna provided his well-liked Indian treats which were enjoyed by all.
Members are reminded to put their names on the list at the clubhouse for the Christmas get-together as soon as possible.

Anyone, young or old, interested in playing tennis should contact resident coaches, Julia Christiansen (083 4581806) or Keagan van der Merwe (072 3765040) to arrange for coaching.
Remember that tennis is a game which you can play into your 80s unlike many other sports which are age-restricted!
Niven Naganna celebrates his birthday on the 22nd and members wish him a happy day and hope to see him on the courts a bit more often!
