WEATHER gods were kind to the Hibiscus, Margate and Uvongo Rotarians who held their annual golf day at Margate on Saturday.
Thanks to loads of sponsors and generous contributions by a full field, club funds were swelled considerably.
The successful day ended off with a dinner and show which really had the club pumping.

No charity golf day would be the same without a raffle and the huge hamper on offer at Hibiscus Rotary’s evening at Margate Golf Club on Saturday was none other than Leslie,daughter of Rotary president Penny Spence. Also in the photograph are Rotarian Brian Blumrick and his Ann, Brenda, who helped organise the successful fund-raiser.
