THERE was a wonderful turnout of 42 players at Southbroom last Sunday. Sponsor was Orange River Wine Cellars.
First prize went to Betty Bolton, Leza Edwards and Margie Purkess.

PORT EDWARD
GRANEEZ Liquors mixed trips winners were Rod Phelps, Peter Bennett and Mary Phelps.

Session prize went to George and Elbè Snyman with Tommy Doubell. The board winner was Lynn Walton.
PORT SHEPSTONE
LEAGUE started again last Saturday, with PSCC A repeating their win over PSCC B, getting a full house of five points.
PSCC C played their return game against Southport at Southport. Although trying hard they also suffered a 5-0 loss.
SOUTHPORT
THE South Coast Herald 2-4-2 was won by Jane Massam and Rentie Stevens. Second prize was taken by Ann Barkway and Richard Cochman.
The Dr D’Arcy men’s trips will take place today (19th).
The ‘Cricket Match’ against Port Shepstone Country Club is this Sunday (22nd). A bring and braai will follow.

Hibiscus Insurance Brokers’ mixed trips was won by Betty Bolton, Ali Mitchell and Doug Kent followed by Alan Tyers, Ken Hills and Denise Palframan.
