Ken said that he believed he had the magic formula for a new type of gym that can deliver health and fitness results to everyone.
“We are so excited to be bringing our health and fitness concept to life,” he said. “The fitness centre is in the ideal location, just below the school hall and is such an inspirational and fun space for us to set up our first gym.”

He explained that it is all about offering a personal service that’s accessible and friendly and encourages people to come back day in, day out.
“We have a comprehensive programme that provides many benefits – a judgement-free environment, weight loss, fitness education, healthier lifestyle, nutrition education, added physical strength and more agility,” Ken said.
