Meeting time for Striders
Nomination forms for 2019 committee are available from Freek Stander at 084 8106740 or Mark Smith at 082 8533849. Some fresh new faces are needed.
THE South Coast Striders annual general meeting will be held at the clubhouse in Uvongo on Friday, December 7 at 6pm.
Bring your own drinks, a meal will be provided. Dress is casual.

Two Striders recently took part in the Kaapsehoop Marathon in Nelspruit and achieved outstanding results.
Heinrich Lotz clocked a time of 03:28 and Lindelani Itabor a time of 04:53.
Three Striders took on the mighty Soweto Marathon, renowned to be tough.
Zandile Dunywa finished in 04:09, Christopher Mortimer in 04:09 and Mfundiso Mvunguse in 05:41.
David Morrison-Young took part in the Aloe Wildlife trail in Camperdown.
