Golden Moon Spur mixed trips was won by Rod and Mary Phelps with Ken Simm.

Second were John Keppler, Steve Rennie and Janet Venter, third Gino Alilovic, Katy Babich and Amelia Pieterse and the 50/50 board went to Amy Körner.

Next sponsored competition is the Tops Port Edward men’s pairs on February 3.

HIBBERDENE

Tiago’s nominated trips winners were Ollie Coetzer, Tabie Jonker and Hanna Svoboda.

Werner Mody and Callie and Estelle Quinn came second and Bez and Bubbles Bezuidenout with Brian Pirrie third.

The next competition will be Warwick Mixed trips on January 25.

MARGATE BC

John Dory tabs was won by Derek McKechnie, Rennie Geyer, Eric Chamier and Alex Forest.

The women’s 2-bowl trips winners were Pam Cole-Cooke, Vi Pells and Leoni Booth.

Runners-up were Ellen Cawker, Yvonne Bausek and Voulene Prinsloo.

Session went to Jessica Henderson, Lenie Geyer and Dina van der Walt

Halfway Ford Open 2-4-2 tomorrow (25th) at 1.30pm and the KBA League 8th round this Saturday (26th).

La Capanina Restaurant winners were Peter Griffiths, Mike Prinsloo and Norman Bridger.

Graham Gold, Billy Eccles and Peta Egerton came second.

Runners-up were Dieter Scholz, Gerhard Waldeck and Ian Hutton.

First session went to Graham Fisher, Mike Lyall and Steve Evans, second to Richard Derman, Heiner Wolber and Rhett Butler and 50/50 to Tony Waters.

SOUTHPORT

Winners of the Dr D D’arcy men’s trips were Keith Mills, Frik Jansen van Rensburg and Pat Bird. Runners up were Norman Aiston, Albert Munnik and Rentie Stevens.

Session went to Artur Lopes, Ian Gordon and Bob Hicks.

Friday fun bowls at 2 for 2.30pm. Non-bowlers are welcome.

TWENI

Schooner’s mixed trips was won by Mike Mannion, Vall Mannion and Marie Pick.

Second was Vic Holder, Frik van Niekerk and Laraine Harris.

Session went to Tony Aveyard, Dennis Schmidt and Nellie Davies.
