PORT EDWARD
The Tiago’s mixed pairs competition was won by Sergio and Pat Ruperto from Cliff Moakes and Jean Longden, last Friday.
The session prize winners were Barry Payn and Shelley Backhouse. Tabs in socials will continue on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 13:30 for 13:45. Visitors are welcome.

MARGATE
In the Food Lover’s Market open pairs last Friday, Ernie Southward and Theo Vorster were the day’s winners ahead of Brian Douthwaite and Bill Eccles who finished in second spot. Alan Gibson and Trevor Heywood won the session prize.
Upcoming events for March: Remax men’s 2-4-2 (4th) at 14:00, Raban Pillay birthday bash tabs competition (9th) at 14:00, Hibiscus Brokers open trips (11th) at 14:00.

THE BELL
Hew Hodgeson, Kevin Mullen and Chris Peier won the Harbourview Spar monthly trips competition. Robbie Duyts with Hans and Dina van der Walt were runners-up while third place went to Louw and Charmaine Vermeulen with Barry Krause.
Good bowling next week to members playing in the inter-districts, travel safely.

THE VILLAGE
The 2-4-2 trips held at the club was won by Graham and Pauline Dunlop, ahead of second placed Andre and Elsa Lour.
The first session prize went to Ren Smuts, while Louw Heyster and Allison Dinning won the second session prize.

TWENI
The club hosted the 3rd Avenue mixed fours bowls competition on Monday this week. It was won by Richard Cochman, Hennie Greyling, Kitty Cochman and Vernon Strauss.
In second place were Albert Munnik, Rienie Blignaut, Alida Munnik and Elize Duvenhage, while the session prize was won by Kevin Mullen, Tony Aveyard, Lynn Harris and Larraine Harris.
