Karateka wow learners
Karate takes you on a life long journey, and it promotes great health, eye co-ordination, discipline, ethics and integrity.
Sensei Stephen Kentridge visited Woodcrest Academy last week, to captivate the minds of learners through a karate demonstration.
Learners were excited to have Sensei Stephen and some of his karateka share knowledge of the art, and a number of the youngsters already hope to one day achieve the same belt status as the karateka that entertained them.
Sensei Stephen was glad to have been able to share his gifts with the learners, and principal Ruth Hannah was grateful for this.
“Karate takes you on a life long journey, and it promotes great health, eye co-ordination, discipline, ethics and integrity,” said Sensei Stephen.
