AMBC bowlers played in the KBA Masters competition last weekend. They excelled and were applauded for their great efforts.
In the men’s section, Bob Elliott received bronze.
In the ladies’ section, Liesje de Rosner received silver, and Annatjie Kidd won bronze.
The club congratulates the players.
In other news, Fanie de Jager and his wife Audrey sponsored the CYMA Construction competition.
This is an annual event and is appreciated by AMBC. It was truly a lovely day, and wonderful competitive bowling was enjoyed by all.
Winners were Sue Terblanche, Mally Swanby and Jeremy Davey; runners-up were Estelle Collier, John Collier and Derek Hodge and in third, Shirley Tucker, Linda Hudson and Colin Hudson.
Session prize went to Noelene Venter, Barrie Ainslee and Colleen Porter.
