Legends, Challengers find form

The cricketers are enjoying the 30 over format.

Two matches were somehow able to be played on a rain-affected Sunday in the Southern KZN 30 Over Cup.

On the northern end, Sezela CC hosted Legends B and went down by 19 runs.

After a rain delayed start the overs were reduced to 19.

In Margate, Challengers XI defeated PayRite in a high-scoring game at Margate Primary, a field where batsmen get serious value for their shots, even if the outfield was a little ropey on this occasion.

Fixtures in Division 1 and 3 have been reworked with Super Giants and Izingolweni respectively unable to field teams for this tournament.

Some exciting matches are coming up as teams battle it out for a spot in the top four to advance to the knockout stage.
