Gamalakhe Warriors battle to cricket victory
There are still two match days to go before the knockout stage.
Gamalakhe Warriors Cricket Club beat Challengers XI (again) in arguably the most exciting game of the Matchday 3 of the Southern KZN Autumn 100.
While they won by eight wickets, the match was much closer than that suggests, with Lindokuhle Luthuli starring with the bat to get them home.
Earlier in the day, Gamalakhe were heavily beaten by Knockouts, losing by 104 runs, so this was a remarkable turnaround.
In Scottburgh, the Sezela cricketers had a double-header, losing to Port Shepstone CC before finally getting a win by defeating Crusaders in the second game.
Bizana also had a double-header, playing Punjab and then Knockouts, losing both.
