Comrades ups and downs for Ugu Athletic Club runners

Five runners from Ugu Athletics Club completed the Comrades Marathon on June 14, two in pretty quick time.

Sicelo Ndaba clocked 07:03, with Silindile Tsolo not far behind on 07:09.

Then there was a long wait, with Reshen Sookooram next in on 10:19.

Mlungisi Mkhwanazi arrived 20 minutes later in a time of 10.39, with last of the five, Sadaseevan Govender, taking it easy for a time of 11:28.

Eddie Ramaloo and Sureen Monilal unfortunately did not start the race, which was an Up Run this year, from Durban to Pietermaritzburg.
