STILL offering that old world charm, the restaurant at Venture Inn Hotel and Conference Centre pampers its patrons just like in the old days!
Set in quiet, tropical gardens, one can enjoy the wonderful views of the Indian Ocean while relaxing and enjoying a hearty, delicious meal.
“There’s no lining up at the buffet table,” says manager Kerry-Lee Jesson. “It’s just nice to be served and we like to make dining a treat for our patrons,” she smiles.
The restaurant can seat 80 people which is perfect for functions such as weddings, birthdays or any special occasion. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7.15am to 8.30am, lunch is served between 12.30pm and 2.30pm and dinner is from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
One can enjoy generous daily specials that are real value for money, or choose from a delicious variety of dishes including the famous T-bone steak, eisbein, basket meals, seafood, chicken or pasta.
Booking is essential for Sunday lunch, and the plated meal costs a mere R75 for soup, fish, a main with two roasts and seasonal vegetables, dessert and rounded off with coffee or tea. This is definitely worth every cent.
Be sure to book for your Christmas function or to treat the family to a traditional Christmas Day feast with all the trimmings including gammon, roasts and Christmas pudding. Soothing music by Craig Nash will entertain you.
