Jack Parow releases ‘Afrika 4 Beginners’

It’s an album full of new favourites, catapulting Parow to the top of his game.

Singer Jack Parow wrote a love letter to South Africa, recorded it, called it Afrika 4 Beginners and released it at the end of last year, reports our sister Caxton website, Fourways Review

It’s an album full of new favourites, catapulting Parow to the top of his game.

The release is rough and melodic and as South African as it gets, which is exactly what we’ve come to expect from Parow, and once again he doesn’t disappoint.

Parow doesn’t like to party alone, so he roped in some of his tjommies for this jol including the fresh talent of Early B, American rapper Dirt Nasty, HHP, Aewon Wolf, Hunter Kennedy and the Happy Boys minstrels with some comedy skits by Schalk Bezuidenhout and Twakkie thrown in.

The killer tunes are produced by Fokofpolisiekar’s Johnny de Ridder, Loki Rothman, Sketchy Bongo, Die Heuwels Fantasties’ Fred den Hartog, Desert_Head and Taxi Violence’s Rian Zietsman.
