Matric dance fashion show helps old age home
PLANS are in place for Mooi Hawens Old Age Home's fashion show fundraiser themed fire and ice on Thursday, 17 October.
Fashionistas are in for a treat as 10 grade 12 girls from each of the three high schools, Kingsway, Kuswag and Toti will model their matric dance dresses.
There will be live entertainment and lots of lucky draw prizes. Tickets are R80 each and the venue is Tabor Hall at 3 Middleton Road in Winklespruit.
A finger buffet starts at 6.15pm and the fashion show is at 7pm.
The money raised will go back into the home’s coffers to assist residents in need. Tickets are available from the cashier’s office or at the door.
