Early boost for animal dinner fund
This year's annual animal Christmas Dinner received an early boost with a R2,500 donation from Lennox and Michelle Thompson of Ocean Hideaway B&B, who challenge other B&Bs to match or better their donation.
Other donations include R100 ‘in memory of Garfield (Loots)’ and R200 from mum Clay ‘in memory of my faithful and loving pets as another year goes by. Thank you for all your love Moss, Sheba, Rusty, Tyson and my little Patches. Sleep peacefully my boys.’
You can help contribute to the annual animal Christmas Dinner Fund. The fund’s contributions go towards food for the homeless and destitute animals that are housed by Toti SPCA, and not SPCA staff.
People who wish to contribute can have a short message on behalf of a pet printed in the Sun. Send donations either to SPCA or c/o M Prinsloo, 601 Strandburg, PO Box 312, Amanzimtoti, 4125. Please note, cheques must be made out to Toti SPCA.
