Sign condolence books for Madiba
KZN PREMIER Senzo Mchunu urges residents who wish to send messages of condolences to the family of former President Nelson Mandela to do so by signing condolences books that have been made available to all districts of the province.

“Tata Madiba was a father to all of us, we encourage all the people of the province to pour out their feelings in writing to convey how we as a people honour this remarkable Father of our Nation,” said Mchunu
There will be another opportunity to sign these books at the provincial memorial service for Madiba at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban on Friday, 13 December. “We should all come in our thousands to give a befitting farewell to our icon as not all of us can go to Qunu for the funeral on Sunday. We also encourage the public to join us in mourning at various Madiba mourning viewing sites in all our districts,” said Mchunu.
The condolences books will be available at the following venues in Ethekwini Municipality: City Hall in Church Walk from 8am to 4pm; eThekwini library in Anton Lembede Road from 8am to 4pm; Florence Mkhize Building in Anton Lembede Road from 7.30am to 3.30pm; Musgrave library in Musgrave Road from 8am to 4pm; SABC Studios in KE Masinga Road from 8am to 4pm and Truro House on Victoria Embankment from 8am to 4pm.
