Ex-Toti artist, Stefan Hofmeyr held an art exhibition on Friday night, 26 September and donated 10 percent of the revenue collected from paintings sold to Emma’s Dream fund.
Eighteen-month-old Emma de Vries has been fighting a malignant tumor on her brain since April.
Stefan lost his own mother to cancer. “Emma’s story is very close to my heart and Emma’s Dream fund is one I would like to support,” he said.
Charmaine Greyling of Tyson Properties supported Stefan by offering up their premises on Kingsway for the event and has also said that she will continue to find premises for future exhibitions.
Jose van den Heever of Dafco Paints pledged his support by supplying, making and selling boerewors rolls on the evening with the funds raised donated to Emma’s Dream as well.
“The concept of these exhibition evenings are still new to Toti, but I am trying to introduce it as a regular event,” said Stefan
