Community organisation needs donations

A Bhekulwandle community-based organisation appeals to the public for donations.

The Voice Community Development (VCD), that helps crime victims in and around Toti and Bhekulwandle, also runs a feeding scheme that provides meals to over 200 people, three times a week and skills development projects such as beadwork, sewing and stage art.

“The Voice was started two years ago. We are in need of sanitary towels for our girls and sewing machines for our women, deep freezers for our kitchen, and other help that the public can give,” said VCD chairman, Prince Ntshangase.
