AMANZIMTOTI Community Policing Forum (CPF) holds its AGM at the African Congregational Church in Umnini on Sunday, 5 July
Registration starts at 1.30pm.
The following matters will be discussed:
* Approve the minutes of the preceding AGM.
* Approve the certified annual financial statements.
* Approve the annual report of the executive committee.
* Consider and deliberate on the keynote address of the chairperson.
* Consider and deliberate on any draft resolution on matters pertaining to the objectives of the community policing in the station area.
* Attend to any matter contemplated in the Constitution.
Members of the public residing in the geographical boundaries serviced by Amanzimtoti SAPS are welcome to attend, to ensure the CPF is shaped according to its objectives.
