Burglars embark on terror campaign in Warners complex
Toti muso, Krystle Temmerman has been one of the victims.

AFTER the euphoria of her success at the Talent America competition in the USA, and now back home, Toti muso Krystle Temmerman’s complex in Warner Beach is being terrorised by brazen thieves.
They have broken into all the garages and are returning at the most obscure times. They target us when we are awake,” said Krystle.
So brazen are the burglars that when residents alert CCPO and after the crime fighting organisation leaves, they return. “Last week they hit the complex four times in an hour.”
“On Monday, 10 August they attempted to break in to one of the flats and I was warned to get home early and I did. My neighbours came over and thieves were trying to break into cars. The dogs barking made them run off. I called CCPO and they arrived quickly, but they were gone.”
Ten minutes later as Krystle was about to settle into bed, the thieves struck again and attempted to take apart her kitchen window.
“I screamed, called my neighbours and they chased a tall, slender man with frizzy hair. They know all the dark corners, jump over the fences of the neighbouring houses and hide until it’s safe to come out.
As a community we need to stand up and assist CCPO in their fundraising drive to buy a thermal night vision camera. They need to raise about R15,000 more. If everyone in the community donates R10 each, we could reach the target in a day.”
