Thanks for speedy aid after cell stolen

EDITOR – It was a great relief getting my cell phone back after it was stolen out of my handbag in the new Pick n Pay Clothing Store in Galleria.

I feel it is worth mentioning the manageress Prudence did an outstanding job by observing what’s going on in her store and her quick response by telling me to watch my bag after having noticed two people loitering around me.

I subsequently checked my bag and noticed my phone was gone. She then ran to check the cameras and alerted Mr Zulu of security about their description and within minutes, they were apprehended. He took over and in 15 minutes, I had my phone back. This has taught me to be much more diligent and observant with my handbag.

I’d like to also thank them for their efforts in retrieving my phone. The system does in fact work.
