Family carols event planned for December
Toti SPCA and Sweetwaters Church combine forces to host event.
AMANZIMTOTI SPCA and Sweetwaters Church have combined forces to host a family evening with carols by candlelight on Wednesday, 16 December from 4pm to 8pm.
The venue is Sweetwaters Youth Centre at 3 Sanders Road in Winklespruit.
“We will have carols by candlelight sing-a-long at 7pm accompanied by the Sweetwaters youth band. Food and refreshments will also be on sale,” said Toti SPCA PRO, Michelle Hannan.
There will be free jumbo rides, bungee jumps, swing chairs and a jumping castle for the children. Shoppers are in for treat with a variety of fleamarket stalls to browse through as well as an amazing light display.
Children can have their photos taken with Santa Claus. A drumming circle will be hosted by Gavin Hughes of Happy Drums. If attending, a donation of pet food for the SPCA will be appreciated.
There is plenty of secure parking.
To book a fleamarket stall, contact Cathy Keegan on 031-916-2653 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. It costs R50 to book a stall and to hire a table from the church is R20.
