Estate agent to feature on TV show

Toti real estate agent, Dianne Fisher Smith (43) will feature in season three of DSTV’s Guiding You Home programme.

The bubbly Harcourts agent was one of two Toti agents selected by head office to submit a Whatsapp video answering a few questions about herself to the producers of the show.

Out of 400 hopefuls, she was selected as the one agent to represent her province.

Dianne will take a couple around Toti and show them three properties priced under R3-million price range that they will hopefully snatch up.

“This will put Toti and Harcourts on the map,” she said. “They are still interviewing buyers and I need to find out what they are looking for and which location they will prefer. The research is really interesting.

In our field you need to know what stock is available in the market and it shows Toti is up and coming.”

Dianne was born in Johannesburg and moved to Toti in 1995 with her parents.

She was a hairdresser before moving into the real estate game four years ago.

She is married to Ian and has three children – James (22), Jade (21) and Amber (14).

Filming will take place in her office in Seadoone Mall and in the three properties she selects on 3 and 4 April.

“I have watched the programme before and it’s really interesting. I love selling property, I love people and I love Toti.”
