Donate used goods to welfare’s charity shop
Funds generated from sales are utilised for welfare’s community projects.

Kingsburgh Child and Family Welfare is in need of previously loved clothing or household goods.
It runs a charity shop which opens Monday to Friday from 8am to 11.30am at its offices at 2 Hall Road in Warner Beach (next to the library).
“Clothing donated is first selected for our clients’ needs at no cost and the balance of goods are displayed in our charity shop for sale at reasonable prices.
All are welcome to come along and browse,” said senior social worker, Sandra Govender.

“Funds generated from sales are utilised for our community projects.
Unfortunately, we have not received Lotto funding since 2013 and we receive no government funding, so we are operating from one month to the next. Fortunately our great volunteers help keep it all together. Any donations can be dropped off at our office or we can collect.”
Call welfare on 031-916-2274 from 8am to noon.
