Umgababa NPO plans pamper day for deserving women

The pamper day will see smiles spread across the face of these resilient women who take on so much, and really do deserve the gratitude.

UMGABABA-based NPO, The Loving and Caring Centre wishes to give back those those who have worked miracles in lives of the needed, by offering a pamper day on Thursday, 9 August.

The NPO works with youth affected by HIV, drugs and teen pregnancy.

“This women’s month we want to give back to the ‘mamas’ who work with and take care of the youth we counsel,” said The Loving and Caring Centre’s Lindelwa Makhaye.

“We will hold a pamper day at the Karridene Hotel, which has been given to us to use free of charge. We still need to supply groceries, drinks, water and goodie-bag goodies. We hope businesses or members of the community will assist us in collecting these things, as we are an NPO and funds are low.”

The pamper day will see smiles spread across the face of these resilient women who take on so much, and really do deserve the gratitude.

If you are able to help The Loving and Caring Centre share this lovely gesture with these deserving women this Women’s Month, call Lindelwa on 063-150-8969.
