Domestic worker attacked at gunpoint

The CCPO was notified and within minutes they responded with the Metro K9 unit, ET, Blue Security and Alpha Alarms.

Four thugs who attacked a domestic worker in Linscott Road, Athlone Park on Saturday, 18 August were nabbed in a combined effort by local crime fighters.

Community Crime Prevention Organisation (CCPO) committee member, George Snodey said the domestic worker was lucky as not all of her possessions were stolen when she was confronted at gunpoint in the street.

The CCPO was notified and within minutes they responded, along with the Metro K9 unit, ET, Blue Security and Alpha Alarms. Two suspects were located in Linscott Road and the other two in Kingsway.

A gas pistol was found on one suspect. All the suspects were arrested and detained at Toti SAPS.
