RECIPE: No-bake peppermint crisp balls

Try this recipe to give the peppermint crisp tart a new twist.

Everybody loves the good old traditional peppermint crisp tart, there has to be one tray at any occasion. But did you know there are more than two ways to transform peppermint crisp into even more delicious desserts?

 

No bake peppermint crisp balls by all4recipes:

 

Ingredients

  • ½ tin (200 gram) caramelised condensed milk
  • One packet (200 gram) biscuits. Bakers Choc Mint flavoured Tennis biscuits was used in this recipe.
  • One or two 49-gram Peppermint Crisp bars

How to:

  • Use a strong plastic bag and a rolling pin (or a heavy pot) to crush the biscuits.
  • Cool the chocolate in the fridge for an hour or so and then grate. Mix with the biscuit crumbs.
  • Add and mix the caramelised condensed milk.
  • Form walnut-sized balls and roll in grated chocolate, Dutch Processed Cacao, or coconut.
