New committee elected at tennis club

Results of Amanzimtoti Tennis Club’s final mixed league match against Cowies Hill 2 was played on Saturday morning, 29 June, at 11am and Toti won by 12 – 6.

Thank you to the players that made up the team and well done. This completes the fixtures for this year’s mixed league. The club awaits the official final results. Social tennis continues on Wednesdays, Friday mornings and Saturday afternoons. The club’s AGM was held on Saturday afternoon at 3.30pm. The committee elected is: chairman – Alan Coetzer, secretary – Carolann Renwick, treasurer – Laurence Kemp, match secretary – Joan Grossett. Ordinary committee members are Zelda Coetzer, Chantelle Venter, Lynne Jack and Jerome Naidu. Thank you to all who attended. The braai held afterwards was as usual a great success.

Development clinic on Saturday mornings will recommence at the start of the new school term.
