WATCH: Do dairy products trigger your sinusitis?

Milk and cheese could be aggravating your sinus condition.

It has been reported that dairy products, such as cheese and milk, have a bad effect on your sinuses. In fact, cutting out dairy from your diet is a suggestion to improve your condition tremendously.

According to www.livestrong.com, some people may experience sinus problems due to a reaction to dairy products like milk. Many children have signs of a milk allergy, but often grow out of it.

Milk and dairy products are believed to be a contributing factor of  additional mucus production that can cause sinus problems. This might be a myth, but if you believe that your sinus problems are triggered by milk or any dairy products, stop consuming it.
