An avid gardener is appealing to the community for assistance to uplift and cleanup the Warner Beach Subway.

Zeele Pauw who was been beautifying the area since 2015, said “In 2015 the local community eagerly bandied together to clean up and uplift the Warner Beach Subway. Much work by many hands reformed what used to be a dangerous eyesore into a lovely area, the landmark of Warner Beach. However, maintenance of this project has dwindled. This project has become more like a full time job now. Ever since the start of lockdown the area is in a dreadful state. Help is needed once every two weeks. A bit of weeding and trimming every 2 weeks, is all that would be required,” said Zeele.
