Khanya Hospice received a generous donation from Amanzimtoti SAPS recently.
“We are very happy to receive this wonderful donation from Captain Charlene van der Spuy, who organised for the recovered looted food items to be distributed to NGOs working in the area,” said CEO of the organisation, Neil McDonald.
Lending a helping hand was W/O Johan Schmidt and W/O Henk de Bruin.
“Believe me, this will come in very handy for our patients and the people that Khanya Hospice has been serving in the Toti area for the past 36 years. We deal with sick and poverty stricken people all the time. There are people that do not have the basics, such as toiletries. Thank you to Van der Spuy and her team. God bless you.”
